WEA Memorial Scholarship

The establishment of a WEA Memorial Scholarship Fund serves as a meaningful tribute to an educator whose dedication, compassion, and influence have left an indelible mark on the lives of students and colleagues. This year the fund honors Delia Zamudio and Mike Owens who believed in lifelong learning, kindness, and perseverance.

Through this fund, we not only remember a cherished individual but also carry forward their impact, creating opportunities for future generations to learn and thrive. It transforms grief into growth, and loss into legacy—ensuring that their spirit continues to inspire and uplift.
